Return & Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means if you are not satisfied with your products, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will also need to send us photos of the product from all angles to prove that the item has not been opened.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@nutrileigh.co.za. If your return is accepted, you must ship the item back to us within 7 days of us accepting your return request.
The item must be shipped back to us using protective packaging so as to avoid further damage to the item.
Consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as Nutrileigh Natural does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to our address in Mossel Bay Central, Western Cape.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount (where applicable).
The full shipping cost for items that are returned from an order that was purchased under a free shipping rate, will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damages and issues will not be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.
Defective or damaged items will be exchanged for the same item.
If the item was purchased using a gift card, a gift credit will be provided
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Right to Cancel
You have 4 hours after placing your order to cancel it for any reason.
Orders cancelled after 4 hours and before the order has been shipped will incur an administration fee as the order will have begun the processing period. The administration fee will be at 5% of the total order amount and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Orders cancelled after the order has been collected by our courier, even if it falls within the 4 hour window of the initial purchase, will also incur an administration fee of 5% of the total order amount as well as the shipping fee and the return shipping fee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account. Also contact your bank and credit card company to confirm processing times. If you still haven’t received it, let us know.
