Shipping Policy

 

Nutrileigh Natural currently ships to all locations within South Africa and offers the following delivery options to its customers;

 

Local Pickup

For local (Mossel Bay, Western Cape) customers, we offer a free pickup service from our shop in Mossel Bay Central. NOTE: When selecting this option, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for your collection. You are required to bring a copy of your email confirmation of collection. A suitable date and time will be arranged with you during collection times of (Mon-Fri) 09:00 – 16:00. Collection times outside of this timeframe can be discussed.

 

Door-to-Door Courier Service

Nutrileigh Natural uses the services of a few courier companies to provide the best possible rates to our customers.

 

Please note that our couriers deliver during work days and regular office hours.

 

Free Delivery Options

Nutrileigh Natural offers free nationwide delivery for orders exceeding certain values. Please refer to the website for current offers or discounts that may apply from time to time.

 

From time-to-time our courier companies will charge an additional tarrif for delivery to regional areas, farms, plots or townships and the like and we will quote separately for these should it be necessary.

 

Processing Times

Nutrileigh Natural usually processes orders within 24 hours of receiving them, but we will only dispatch orders after we confirm receipt of payment or receive proof of payment.

 

Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays are usually processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery Times

Our general delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, and may be subject to the availability of products from various suppliers. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

If the delivery address is unattended when delivery is attempted, it will be at the courier’s discretion to leave a message and try to schedule a second attempt to deliver, subject to courier’s terms and conditions.

 

Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.

 

We do not deliver on Public Holidays within the Republic of South Africa.

 

Shipping Fee

You will be quoted a shipping fee subject to the location, weight and or value of your order.

 

Local shipping rates for delivery within Mossel Bay, Western Cape is R59 for orders below a certain value.

 

The standard shipping rate for nationwide delivery is R99 for orders below a certain value.

 

From time-to-time our courier companies will charge an additional tarrif for delivery to regional areas, farms, plots or townships and the like and we will quote separately for these should it be necessary.

 

We reserve the right to change the courier service fees without prior notice, subject to courier companies’ policy.

 

Deliveries may be charged slightly more or less, depending on the actual weight of the product delivered to you, should it be necessary.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number and instructions to track your package.

 

Proof of Delivery

On delivery, you will receive our delivery note showing the items delivered, any substitute items, any non-available items, the delivery fees, Value-Added Tax (as applicable) and the amount debited from your payment card and/or payment made.

 

You or your authorised representative will be asked to sign a copy of the delivery note to confirm receipt.

 

For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce a form of identification.

 

Any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.

 

Should no-one be in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will keep the products and will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for delivery or collection.

 

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required.

 

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, unforeseen delays due to courier issues, weather, or other factors may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Our liability for any delay in delivery is limited to re-delivery at a later agreed time at no extra charge.

 

We have outsourced all delivery and collection arrangements to third-party service courier providers. Accordingly, we cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any loss or damage caused by them.

 

Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that by using any courier or shipping service facilitated by Nutrileigh Natural, said service is provided by an independent third-party entity. Nutrileigh Natural explicitly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any deficiencies or shortcomings in the courier company’s services.

 

While Nutrileigh Natural exercises reasonable care in handling customer orders, it expressly disclaims accountability for any loss or damage to products occurring during transit, irrespective of the cause.

 

This disclaimer extends to any damage incurred due to accidents, theft, natural disasters, or any other causes beyond the control of Nutrileigh Natural, provided such causes are not the result of wilful acts or defaults by Nutrileigh Natural.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at +27 (0)68 181 1284 and we will assist in resolving the issue.
